This is a meditative, gentle flow class. Connect to your body, listen to your breath, and set positive intentions or affirmations for yourself. You don't need props, but if you do prefer to have blocks, that is always available to you.
This is a glute-focused Barre workout. Heather includes other areas of the body as well as she focuses on full body strength and tone. You can expect short, repetitive movements targetting specific muscle groups to really feel the burn.
Wind down and rest at the end of your day. This class is all about relaxation and releasing any tension in the shoulders from sitting. Let go of any stress, exhale anxious feelings, and come home to yourself.
Props: Use lots of blankets, cushions, or pillows to make yourself really comfortable.
