Join us for 45 minutes of good vibrations and mindful movement. This is an incredible class and speaks to the power of sound in that you can truly feel the vibrations through your screen or device like you are in the room with her.
This sound bowl meditation is paired with a Hatha Yoga class. Hatha yoga is a slower-paced practice that emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body.
No props are required, and remember to modify where ever you need to.
