Join Lisa for a slow-paced practice that uses long deep stretching, to enhance joint mobility and flexibility, followed by a short guided meditation.
Today's meditation will focus on talking to yourself in the second person. Nurturing our relationship with ourselves - talk to yourself as if you are talking to someone else; someone you love and care for. If you prefer to focus on your breathe and use it as your meditation today, that is okay too. Always do what feels right for you!
