This is a glute-focused Barre workout. Heather includes other areas of the body as well as she focuses on full body strength and tone. You can expect short, repetitive movements targetting specific muscle groups to really feel the burn.

This will be a quick and fiery Vinyasa Flow class. Connor classifies this as an intermediate-style Flow class, so expect a lot of dynamic movement and add-on cues.
