Crystal joins us from home for 60 minutes of Hatha yoga accompanied by mantras & chanting. Today we will work to open the shoulders, as well as strengthen the core and the hamstrings. We will be working into Dolphin Pose (or even into Pincha Mayurasana) as our peak pose in this practice.
The mantra we will learn about is Skanda.
Hatha yoga is a slower practice that emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body.
