Naomi Joy Gallagher

Naomi is a YYOGA YSculpt, YFit, TRX, Pilates and Core Fusion teacher.

Naomi's passion for movement shines through her teaching because, as she says, she "straight up loves her job"! She has a vinyasa yoga certification, somatic yoga certification, Physical Mind mat and standing pilates certification, and is an ACE certified personal trainer.

With over a decade of experience teaching these various modalities, Naomi motivates clients to find new levels of strength and body awareness.

Down to earth, fun and compassionate, students can expect a lot of energy and enthusiasm from Naomi.

When asked how she wants students to feel leaving her class, Naomi said "unstoppable".

  • Strength & Cardio Circuit (30 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher

    Join Naomi for a challenging, full body workout. This is class includes strength exercises and cardio segments to keep your heart rate up. It's a circuit class that includes 4 circuits (2 strength moves and 1 cardio move).

    Naomi is using two sets of weights: a heavier set and a lighter set.

  • Abs & Booty Workout (30 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher

    Join Naomi for a short, targeted workout. This is a Pilates-style class that focuses on the core muscles and the glutes. There are no props or weights required, but Naomi is using a yoga block to add some extra tension to some movements. You can use a pillow if you don't have a yoga block.

  • No Repeats Workout (30 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher

    This is a 30-minute full-body workout that will keep you fired up and engaged throughout the movements. There are "no repeats" meaning you will not have to repeat any exercise more than once in this circuit-style class. Naomi suggests having a set of weights for the strength movements.

  • Upper Body Burn (25 min) - with Naomi Joy Gallagher

    Join Naomi for an upper body focused workout. This is a circuit-style workout that uses lighter and heavier options for weights. Naomi is using 5lb and 8 lb. Each circuit has 3 exercises in it: 2 with weights and 1 that is body weight.
