Welcome to your 30 Day Mindful Movement Challenge! This is all about reconnecting to yourself through movement. This challenge offers a variety of styles, intensity levels, and lengths. This challenge is all about choosing to move for 30 days. Whether it's a high-intensity workout or gentle meditative stretches, commit to carving time in your day just for yourself to move.

We have curated a very special daily class for you to enjoy. If our chosen class doesn't speak to you, enjoy any of the other 1000+ classes we have on the platform! This challenge is about committing to movement, whatever that looks like for you.
