About Me

I began practicing yoga 2 decades ago and began teaching it in 2010. After a few years I felt it was time for a change which led me to the world of Yoga Tune Up, Pilates and other movement modalities. They have helped me to move and breathe better, to feel strong and supple, and very connected to my body, and improve my relationship with myself. In addition to teaching Pilates, Barre and yoga, I am a mom of three amazing children. I am a life long learner and a geek for podcasts related to health, wellness, self-empowerment and personal evolution
